Level 0: Independent Living
This level is perfect for residents who are fully independent and manage their own day-to-day routines. These residents enjoy all the benefits of community living, including social events, amenities, and beautiful surroundings, without needing any personal or medical support. A pendant is provided should an independent resident need emergency medical assistance.
Level 1: Independent Living with Medication Assistance
At Level 1, residents are mostly independent but receive support with either a basic medication regimen or supervision of essential daily tasks. Our trained staff assists with basic medication schedules and ensures that proper medication supply is available.
What’s included:
- Supervision with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assistance transferring to and from different locations within the facility
OR
- Help with organizing and administering basic medications
- Monitoring of medication schedules
- Coordination with healthcare providers if needed
This option is ideal for Individuals who are independent but want reassurance when it comes to staying on top of their medications or need support with activities of daily living.
Level 2: Independent Living with Daily Support and Enhanced Medical Assistance
Level 2 assists with enhanced medication regimesand can also help with essential daily tasks, including hygiene routines and mobility that require hands-on assistance.
What’s included:
- Enhanced medication support, including preparation, administration, and tracking
And/Or
- Enhanced Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assistance transferring to and from different locations within the facility
This option is ideal for residents who enjoy some independence but benefit from support with daily personal care and mobility and/or an enhanced medication regime.
My dad LOVES it here!! They have a lot of different activities for the residents to do at different levels of skill and ability AND they have an awesome new patio for casual lunches and dinners and for use for the residents!! If your looking for a place to go this is your new home!!

Level 3: Comprehensive Daily and Medical Support
Level 3 offers the most comprehensive care available at Heather Hills. Residents receive full physical assistance with all aspects of daily living and medication management.
What’s included:
- Total assistance with hygiene and grooming
- Help with transferring, mobility, and positioning
- Full support with medication schedule, consumption, and supply management
This option is ideal for Individuals who need consistent hands-on support to maintain their health and comfort while remaining in a familiar, home-like environment.
*Heather Hills does not allow, at any level of care, the use of mechanical transfer devices such as Sit-to-Stands or Hoyers.
