    The Village of Heather Hills offers both Independent Living and Assisted Living. Residents can transition between levels of care seamlessly as their needs change, all while remaining in the same supportive and familiar community.

    Residents enjoy a wide range of daily activities through our Life Enrichment program, including live music, exercise classes, bingo, greenhouse trips, movies, Jeopardy, choir practice, and more. The program is led by a dedicated full-time director and assistant, ensuring events are engaging and inclusive for all.
  • Are meals provided for residents?
    Absolutely. Residents enjoy delicious, chef-prepared meals served in a welcoming dining environment. Our dining services cater to a variety of dietary preferences and needs, and mealtimes also provide a chance to socialize and relax with friends.
  • Is transportation provided for appointments or outings?
    Yes, scheduled transportation is available for medical appointments, shopping trips, and local attractions. Our transportation services help residents stay active and connected to the Grand Rapids community.
  • What types of support services are available for Assisted Living residents?
    Assisted Living residents have access to personalized care packages (Levels 1–3) that can include medication management, wellness checks, emergency response, and access to on-site healthcare providers. All residents also receive an emergency pendant and have 24/7 support from our wellness director and trained care aides.

    At The Village of Heather Hills, we provide personalized care through four levels of service to ensure each resident receives just the right amount of support. After a thorough care assessment, a custom care plan is developed to meet individual needs. There are 3 levels of care depending on your needs. Each level includes increasing assistance and attention based on your needs. Additional care services may include diagnostics, wellness checks, emergency response, on-site physician visits, hospice support, podiatry and auditory services, medical record keeping, and more. Our team is here 24/7 to ensure your well-being, comfort, and peace of mind.
